This group is for anyone in Ireland who is interested in or uses Ubuntu.
The location for this Ubuntu Hour will be the Trinity Capital Hotel, Dublin. All are welcome. Feel free to drop in at any time during the course of the evening.
The next Ubuntu Hour (née PoTD (Pint of the Day)) will kick off at 6pm in the Trinity Capital Hotel bar. This is a chance to meet people in the Ubuntu comunity in Ireland, and have fun. Look out for the people with the penguins or laptops! Despite the name, it will most likely go on for more than an hour!
We were originally planning on having it once a month, but at the last IRC Meeting ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IrishTeam/IRCMeetings/2010-01-13 ) we planned to have it at the end of the month. Rather than wait about 6 weeks, we decided to have one at the end of January. This would make it the second Ubuntu Hour in January.

The Ubuntu Ireland IRC meeting will be held at 8pm Irish time on Wednesday 13th January 2010, on #ubuntu-ie on FreeNode. Everyone is welcome to attend or add items to the agenda for discussion by the ubuntu Ireland community.
